Noble Path Counseling
Web & Social Media Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 22, 2026
About this policy
Noble Path Counseling & Consulting, LLC respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle information through noblepathcc.com, our online forms and resources, email, and our social-media pages and consultation-request forms. It covers visitors and prospective clients. Clinical records and protected health information are also subject to applicable law and our Notice of Privacy Practices; this page does not replace that notice.
Information you provide
Website consultation requests may include your name, email, phone number, state, preferred therapist, availability, service and insurance preferences, referral source, and the information you share about seeking therapy. Social-media consultation forms generally request basic contact and location information. We also receive the content of messages you send us. Please provide only what is needed for your request.
Emotional Temperature Check
The check asks for an age range and responses about emotions, stress, relationships and well-being. If you provide your name and email, those details can be associated with your responses. This is an educational reflection tool, not an anonymous assessment, diagnosis, treatment service or emergency-monitoring system. We use submissions to provide the resource, respond to requests and send resources or updates described in the form’s signup notice.
Trauma course and email choices
Our five-day trauma email course uses a Carrd signup experience and Kit to deliver emails. Signing up provides the details entered on the form, such as your name and email, to the services that support the course. Kit may record delivery, opens and link clicks. Course and resource emails follow the choices and notice presented at signup. You can unsubscribe using the link in those emails or contact us for help. A consultation request alone does not enroll you in an ongoing marketing campaign.
How we use and share information
We use information to answer inquiries, coordinate consultations, consider provider and state availability, deliver requested resources, administer the website and protect its operation. Authorized practice personnel and service providers may process information needed for these purposes. We do not sell your consultation or quiz information. We may disclose information when required or permitted by law, including to address a valid legal request or protect safety and legal rights. Applicable health-privacy protections still apply.
Services that help operate this site
Wix supports our website and forms; Carrd supports the course signup; Kit supports course email delivery; and Google’s Gmail email service supports practice correspondence. These services can process information involved in providing their functions. Their own notices describe their platform practices. Social networks and other external sites also have their own privacy settings and policies. Linking to a service does not make our practice responsible for its independent operations or remove our responsibilities for information we handle.
Cookies, embedded content and technical information
Our website and embedded services may receive technical information such as IP address, browser and device details, pages visited, referral sources and interactions. Cookies and similar technologies can support site security, functionality, preferences and measurement. Embedded videos and external resources can connect your browser to their providers. You can manage cookies through your browser and any privacy controls displayed by the site or provider; blocking them may affect features. This policy does not itself authorize disclosure of protected health information.
Social-media privacy
Comments, reactions and other public activity can be visible to others and may reveal your connection with our content. Social-media platforms control their own messaging, tracking and retention. We do not have a HIPAA Business Associate Agreement with social-media platforms. Please do not post or send diagnoses, detailed treatment histories, insurance identification numbers or other sensitive clinical information through comments, direct messages or social-media forms. Contact us to arrange a private way to discuss your needs.
Technology and confidentiality
Using websites, email, forms and social media involves confidentiality and privacy risks. No method of online communication or storage is completely secure. For website forms, limit your response to the information requested and avoid detailed clinical histories or sensitive documents. Ask us about an appropriate channel before sending confidential records. These risks do not waive your rights or our obligations under applicable privacy law.
Retention and your requests
We retain information for the purposes described here and for applicable legal, clinical and recordkeeping requirements. Retention can differ for inquiries, email subscriptions and clinical records; service providers may also retain copies under their own policies. Contact us for details or to request access, correction or deletion, or to stop nonessential follow-up. We may need to verify your identity and retain some records as required by law. We will address applicable privacy rights, including any available opt-out or appeal rights, as required by law.
Adults, care and urgent needs
Our services and online resources are intended for adults 18 and older. Please contact us if you believe a child has submitted personal information. Using the site, completing a quiz, subscribing to a course or requesting a consultation does not establish a therapist-client relationship or guarantee an appointment. Treatment begins after our intake, consent and acceptance process. These channels are not monitored for emergencies; for immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
Updates and contact
We may revise this policy and update the date shown here. Material changes will receive any additional notice or consent required by law. For privacy questions, requests, communication preferences or a copy of our Notice of Privacy Practices, contact Kyle Giblin, LCSW, Founder & Clinical Supervisor, Noble Path Counseling & Consulting, LLC.
