People come to my private practice for a variety of things...

A few years ago, I decided to enter into therapy because I was struggling with life.  I recall going into therapy for one specific thing.  However; when I got into therapy, I realized that the 'issue' was just the tip of the ice berg.  No wonder I was feeling so wound up and overwhelmed.  No wonder my relationships were not working.  No wonder I was in recovery.  I was living with a lot of untreated painful wounds of all shapes and sizes.

Perhaps you can relate to that pain or Trauma?  Perhaps you are an adult struggling with anxiety or feeling down?  Maybe you are a teen who finds it difficult to make friends or you want to hurt yourself?  Perhaps you are close to a child who has been impacted by the fragmentation of a family after divorce?  People have come to me for a variety of things. I have seen children, adolescents, and adults transform with a renewed spirit.

During my search for healing I found that at the root of all these struggles exist painful wounds of all shapes and sizes.  I have done my work and you can too.  I am an expert at overcoming these struggles and using them to propel people forward in life!
