I know my value & I don't give discounts!

When we enter into this world, we are WHOLE beings. Depending on our early experiences with family and caregivers we either remain WHOLE or we become splintered. We learn to hide the parts of ourselves that others don’t value or appreciate. We exile these parts and lock them away deep down inside. Unfortunately, this not only robs the world of your true authentic beauty but it leaves you believing that you are not valuable enough. Are you ready to stop discounting your value? It may be time to meet with an affordable therapist!

If you are not thriving as a WHOLE self, you may feel as though you always have a chip on your shoulder. You may feel as though you are not fully present. You may be irritated by minor inconveniences. You may find yourself in toxic relationships. You may experience reoccurring memories of traumatic events or feel like you are always on guard.

PTSD effects everyone across all ages. Children and teens may self-harm. Adults may fall into addictions. A therapist for children and teens can implement effective therapeutic interventions to help the child develop a strong sense of self. Working with a depression therapist helps to address these symptoms.

Sometimes families even become fragmented and splintered. Through Family Therapy I work on the family as one whole unit. All of the parts make up a system much like an automobile. If even one part on the vehicle is not functioning it can impact the entire system. This is sometimes an obstacle in Family Court Counseling because the shape of the system may change drastically.

I want to help you find the courage that stand in your truth as a WHOLE SELF! The Self brings us a sense of identity and a sense of belonging in this world. Having a WHOLE self feels like having curiosity about the world. You go about life with a sense of calm clarity. You have the confidence to be creative. You courageously connect with others through compassion.

If you are ready to take your value to the next level, then you should search for a ‘therapist near me’ or just contact me directly.
